Heard from tenants that had lived there a long time that that’s been going on for like 10 years with no resolution. Finally, the fire alarms would randomly go off at all hours of the day and night for no reason, up to 3 times a week this would happen sometimes - no attempt by management to fix it or even acknowledge it was a problem. Personally got lucky and never experienced any water pipe issues but knew of other floors that dealt with flooding, water damage. A/C was horrific - $400 a/c bill in summer months only for it to never get below 76 degrees even at night, couldn’t get below 80 degrees during the day. Disgusting laundry room, 60% of the washers/dryers broken at all times. The bad reviews you read and hear are not exaggerated.
